Alpha Omega Epsilon

Dancing for Emelina!

Emelina is our girl! She and her wonderful family have been involved with our organization and with Embrace Kids Foundation for a little over a year now. At the age of four, Emelina is fighting cancer with everything she has. The members of Alpha Omega Epsilon do our best to make her journey a little easier and lighter every time we are able to visit. Emelina loves to play with dolls and toys as she can almost always be found getting creative in the play room of the clinic or hospital when she is in. Having spent a lot of time visiting, we have come to understand how big the burden is of having a child with serious health challenges. That being said, we have seen the amazing things Embrace Kids Foundation has been able to do to support this family where they need it most. We are thankful to Embrace Kids Foundation for this, and to Emelina and her family for providing us with the opportunity to be involved with them through the RU4Kids program.

This year’s Rutgers Dance Marathon 2019 will be a big one! Alpha Omega Epsilon will be dancing for 12 hours non-stop in honor of Emelina and her family as well as in support of Embrace Kids Foundation and the many families they work with. You can support us by donating to our team page. Any donation, online, check, or cash will help Embrace Kids Foundation support kids going through serious health challenges. With your help we can continue to grow and support amazing families like Emelina’s.
